The present Complaints have been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “RE(R&D) Act”), read with Rule 34(1)
of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred
to as the “Rules”), seeking appropriate directions against the Respondents.

Before the matter was taken up for hearing, a joint memo dated 03.10.2024 was

submitted by both parties before the Registry of this Authority. In the said memo, the parties
informed that the matter has been amicably settled, and that the proposal submitted by the
Respondent has been accepted to the full satisfaction of the Complainants. Accordingly, the
Complainants have expressed their intention to withdraw the present Complaint.

In view of the joint memo placed on record by both parties, the Authority hereby

dismisses the Complaint as withdrawn.
