This matter was taken up for hearing before this Authority on 1.8.2024,
28.8.2024, 24.9.2024, 23.10.2024, 13.11.2024 and 9.01.2025, with the
complainant represented by his counsel Mr. M. Shyam Prasad. Respondent
was represented by its counsel Mr. Chandrashekhar Payalla. Upon this
Complaint coming up for orders on this day, this Authority passes the
following ORDER:

The present Complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real

Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, read with Rule 34(1) of the
Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, seeking
relief against the Respondents.

However,

On 9.01.2025, the Complainant submitted

a Memo

requesting permission to withdraw the Complaint. The Memo, filed by the
Complainant, states that:
"The respondent filed his counter along with the relevant documents.
After verifying the documents submitted by the respondent, I verified
the permissions obtained by the respondent with the various
authorities, physical verification, and the online data submitted by the

authorities with regard to the lakes, I intended to withdraw the present
complaint with a leave to file a fresh complaint by incorporating relevant
facts. As such, this Hon’ble Authority may kindly permit the
complainant to withdraw the complaint, as not pressed."

The said Memo has been taken on record.

In view of the above, the Complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
