The present matter, filed by the Complainant, came up for hearing before this
Authority on 25th March 2025. The hearing proceeded in the presence of
Complainant party in person and Sri Sridhar representative of Respondent company.
This Authority, having considered the available records and submissions of both
parties, proceeds to pass the following ORDER:

The complaint has been filed under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation

and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "RE(R&D) Act"), read with
Rule 34(1) of the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). The Complainants are seeking directions from
this Authority to take action against the Respondents.
3. The above captioned matter was heard and reserved on 27.02.2025. However on
28.02.2025, the complainant has filed an Interlocutory application bearing no. IA.19
of 2025 in CC.no.106 of 2024 for withdrawal of the complaint

In view of the above, the Application and Complaint stands disposed off in

terms of the Withdrawal affidavit dated 27.02.2025.
